how to install weapons of the new millenia

How to install Weapons of the new Millenia?

I have tried my best to install said mod, but its not activating. Its not showing up in the NMM plugins tab and i need help installing it, any suggestions?

It's a mesh and texture replacer that doesn't use a plugin, thus it will not show in the plugins tab.

so as long as i put it into the data files, it will be installed?

As long as it's in the correct location, yes. Although, as with all mods that replace vanilla assets, you will need archive invalidation for it to take effect in-game. Your mod manager should have a toggle for it somewhere. If it's already enabled and it still doesn't work, turn it off and back on.

You must be thinking of the Weapon Retexture Project. WotNM should definitely have plugins as it adds new standalone guns.

I know WotNM has a scripted installer. It might be appearing behind the NMM window, which is why it seems like it's not doing anything when you go to install it.
